A munching Wallaby and Jacky Lizard

  A bit of a warm one at 36 degrees but always lovely in the bush. It was a bit warm for the birds but the reptiles and mammals were loving it.  I came across a Swamp Wallaby having a munch of dinner. Curious at first, he went on unperturbed, offering me the occasional glance. It fascinates me how curious these little ones are. A Jacky Lizard watches me from his overhanging rock as I observe his curious behaviour. A wonderful specimen of Water Dragon rests on the tree catching the last of suns warmth. Drying his wings after a recent dive for his dinner. Which reminds me, it's time for my dinner. THE AUTHOR As it does, life took a devastating sideways turn for me. With fierce determination, I quit my teaching job, shut down my photography business, packed up my apartment, hired an agent and rented it out on Airbnb, bought a ticket to London and embarked on an adventure of discovery, both about the world and myself.
